Moon Sushi is the large contemporary gourmet restaurant that opened in Viterbo's San Lazzaro commercial area: 1000 square metres and 350 seats in a striking setting with plants, water features and refined design inspired by Dubai's cosmopolitan elegance. The menu combines all-you-can-eat sushi with Japanese, Chinese, Italian, barbecue and grill dishes, using fresh fish and selected ingredients.
